Purchasing Assistant
Responsibilities
  • JOB DESCRIPTION:

    1. Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.

    2. Check / Search potential vendors.

    3. Tracking and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

    4. Update internal data base with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discount).

    5. Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.

    6. Maintain updated records of contracts and invoices.

    7. Follow up with suppliers to confirm orders and deliveries.
Requirements
  • 1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related course.

    2. With at least 1 year experience in the related field.

    3. Proficient in MS Office programs

    4. Keen on details (meticulous)

    5. Resourceful and with initiative.

    6. Systematic and organized.

    7. Good written and oral communication skills

    8. Good interpersonal skills.

    9. Willing to work in Makati City.

    Can start ASAP.

    Willingness to travel: 50% (Required)
