Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
  • Full job description

    1. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Company’s customer base and extends the Company’ reach.

    2. Knowledgeable in creating marketing plan across Company’s business units.

    3. Ensure that all implementations adhere to the Company’s brand guidelines and identity.

    4. Give proactive recommendations on strategies and activities that can help strengthen brand positioning.

    5. Balances brand executions with the attainment of business objectives.

    6. Coordinates with external and internal parties to ensure proper and timely implementation of programs.

    7. Negotiates with suppliers to secure the best costs and quality.

    8. Ensure that marketing expenses are within the budget.

    9. Creates and submits a post evaluation report to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of each project.

    10. Undertakes daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Department’s activities.

    11. Create monitoring system and reports to aid in the evaluation of programs and activities.

    12. Maintains a record of inventory of marketing collaterals and asset.

    13. Knowledgeable in making designs for brochure, flyers, booklets, web pages, print advertising etc.

    14. Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (facebook, Instagram etc).

    15. Familiar with facebook and google ads.

    16. Travel across network to observe craft and implement local and network wide campaigns.
